This is a pilot for submitting Safeguarding concerns, this is for The Lawns Care Home, Careline Home Care and The Grange Care Home only

If you or the person you are raising a concern about is in immediate danger please contact the police on 999 in non emergency situations, when a crime has been committed, please contact 101 to speak to the police.

If you or the person you are raising concerns for are currently experiencing mental health crisis please contact 111 (option 2).
